In-line Inspection
Contacting closely with our customers to get all correct product specifications/requirements.
Preparing detailed QC report, then asking factories for a firmed date of pre-shipment inspection according to customer’s schedule.
Choosing random products at the required quantity at the cold-storage to ensure that: we check exactly what factories are producing for our customers. After inspection, we will send you the full QC report with attached photos ASAP.
Pre-ship Inspection
Checking container condition before loading (Correct container No, cleanness…)
Checking product condition before loading (packaging, temperature….)
Taking photos of each specific product line, loading style, NO-over red line…
Taking photos of final lines, Seal No/Container No, temperature device/machine.
Sending full loading report with attached photos ASAP.
Loading Supervision
Providing our customers with professional consulting service on: Quality improvement, Added value to the existing product.
Developing new products according to customer’s requirement / market demand / seafood consumption trending….
